quiet

Bailey is at church with my parents, Parker is napping, C is napping and the house is quiet. the house is never this quiet. loving every second of it.
the weather hit a heat wave and I want to say it feels like it’s in the 50′s… which is awesome after the cold COLD and windy days we’ve been having. ran out and bought our outdoor christmas lights just now so when my two sleeping beauties wake up we’ll head outside to enjoy the weather and put up our lights. we’re keeping it simple this year, after C’s attempt at a "lighting scheme" pretty much failed last year! although i do miss all of his planning and sketching and measuring a little bit! i think some lights in the bushes and trees and we’re good.
if you are in or around st. louis, i know you are grieving the MU game, but please head outside and ENJOY this warm day!
fyi… i have SO many photos from the last few weeks that sometime this week i will have a huge photo post. i’ve been working so SO hard to finish up the last few photo shoot edits, Christmas card orders, etc. that i haven’t worked on any family photos but they are coming…
